If you have received damaged goods from transit we offer a full refund if it is reported within 48 hours upon delivery. Damaged goods will require photo evidence to be sent to email@example.com for review and will be refunded in full within the 7 day period by either credit card or E-transfer. Damaged goods from transit will not be required to be shipped back to BOHO & HOBO.
Inventory should be checked for quality and quantity control upon arrival. Any shortages or breakages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery, otherwise the order is deemed safe and accurate. No late reporting will be accepted.
Unhappy with the product after trying it out? Returned products to BOHO & HOBO will be at the expense of the customer, and will be refunded in full within 7 days, or after 7 days and up to 14 days, the customer will be credited in full and held as a credit on the account. Credits can be applied to future orders within 12 months of the refund date. If the credit has not been used after 12 months of the last placed order or return date ( which ever is the later ), any account credit will be forfeited to BOHO & HOBO.

We do not process returns or refunds without prior approval so make sure to let us know if you are unhappy quickly after receiving your order and within the 14 day window. 14 days has passed? Talk to us anyways. We are human and understand that sometimes things break after a warranty just expires, or unseen issues arise. We are here for you.
We cannot accept returns on our Beeswax Wraps ( as they are a food product ), straws or toothbrushes for obvious reasons. If you are unhappy with any of these items, we will look at a credit if you report to us within the 14 day window.
